Hi!
I have seen this problem every now and again in different forums (but all the posts are more than 1 year old).
I have the same problem as many (but all just dont know it
) - my dsm-320 gets disconnected exactly every 30 min from my media server. I have seen a lot of different solutions ranging from special cables to voodoo...
Well, I,m lucky and know a little bit more about my problem because it occured when I changed my router (everything still works like a charm with my old router (except that i can't connect to internet...)).
I know that in httpyou can set a variable to controll the connection length: "cache-control: max-age: 3600". Where 3600 is the number of seconds to keep a connection alive before checking in on the connection again and if it gets no respons it close the connection (leaving me with 1hour of unseen movie splendor and a lot of uneaten popcorns).
If only I could set this variable to 0 and have my connection alive forever...
Have anyone seen any solution to this problem. My guess is that is a orouter problem. Anyone having an idea??
